The film also starred Alia Bhatt, Ranveer Singh and Shabana Azmi. He will now be posthumously seen in Ikkis, starring Amitabh Bachchan's grandson, Agastya Nanda.     The veteran actor, affectionately known as Bollywood’s He-Man and Dharam Paaji, passed away on November 24 at the age of 89. His passing leaves behind an unmatched legacy of over six decades. The actor, born as Dharmendra Singh Deol, breathed his last at his residence. He was admitted to Breach Candy hospital earlier this month due to respiratory complications.     Dharmendra is survived by his wife, actress Hema Malini, his first wife Prakash Kaur, and his children, including actors Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol, and daughters Esha Deol and Ahana Deol.          Also Read: Allu Arjun, Jr NTR, Chiranjeevi Pay Tributes to Dharmendra。（厉健律师专栏）　　案情回溯，2023年12月6日，证监会发布〔2024〕142号《行政处罚决定书》。证监会查明，承某、丁某、张某存在以下违法事实：　　2023年6月中旬，经丁某介绍，承某与张某相识，之后三人合谋炒作“算力”热点，通过控制信息生成及披露的内容、时点、节奏等实施操纵行为。承某计划在2023年卖出“恒润股份”股票，2023年7月16日，承某与阮某签订《代持协议书》，以某私募产品受让上述24，952，563股“恒润股份”。　　2023年7月29日至11月8日，承某、丁某、张某等人操控上市公司发布4份利好信息，拉抬“恒润股份”股价。上述期间，“恒润股份”股价上涨96.65%，同期上证指数下跌6.86%，偏离103.51%，中证风电产业指数下跌10.30%，偏离106.95%，“恒润股份”股价涨幅明显优于同期上证指数和行业指数。　　2023年7月10日至12月1日，丁某控制使用22个证券账户在股价下跌期间集中买入维持股价。上述期间，账户组盈利20，523，277.70元。　　根据《证券法》第五十五条，禁止任何人以下列手段操纵证券市场，影响或者意图影响证券交易价格或者证券交易量。

B | 操纵证券市场行为给投资者造成损失的，应当依法承担赔偿责任。　　公开信息显示：虽然最高人民法院尚未出台操纵证券市场民事赔偿司法解释，但是，这类投资者索赔已有多起胜诉案例，例如：阿波罗投资者诉邵某等证券市场案，多伦股份投资者诉鲜某操纵证券市场案，文峰股份投资者诉徐某等操纵证券市场案，三夫户外投资者诉易某操纵证券市场案。
